Tahiti to Raiatea and Bora Bora
Rather than sailing the 120 nautical miles from Tahiti, most guests fly the Leewards leg: a domestic turboprop from Papeete to Raiatea, then a short road transfer to Apooiti Marina and straight into the Raiatea and Taha'a lagoon. Bora Bora is a morning passage from there. Raiatea does not handle conventional private jets.
