Operation manager Florin Belciug has been aboard since 2007. He is the guests' main contact and coordinates the itinerary, restaurants and clubs, transport and special requests with the captain, the broker and the clients.

Chief stewardess Tatiana "Tania" Grigore has 11 years on CHRISTINA O. The same profile records a bosun with more than 10 years aboard, a head bartender for the two bars, and head spa therapist Marija Dubajic. Crew are listed for a Caribbean season and a Mediterranean season.

A 10-day charter sample menu in the pack shows lunch barbecue buffets, including grilled lobster, sea bass and beef tenderloin, and formal dinners of three to five courses, including king crab, lobster bisque or ravioli, and beef Wellington. Themed evenings in that sample are Greek, Japanese sushi and sashimi omakase, and Thai buffets. It is one programme's sample, not a standing menu.
