A gulet with superyacht toys.
LONG ISLAND is a modern Turkish gulet: 39 metres long with an 8.5-metre beam, two 650 hp IVECO engines and an 11-knot cruising speed. She was built in 2019 and took her final form in a 2022 refit.
Her brochure shows an al fresco dining area and an aft sofa on the main deck, a shaded flybridge, and a saloon with lounge, LCD TV and music system. Five en-suite, air-conditioned cabins (one master, three doubles and a twin) take up to ten guests.
01 · Who she suits
Families and friends who want to be on the water.
Five cabins with king- and queen-size beds suit two or three couples with children, or a group of friends of up to ten. Every cabin has its own shower, WC and air conditioning.
With a sport tender, a jet ski, a Seabob and an e-foil on board, LONG ISLAND suits guests who want more than swimming and sunbathing.
02 · Life on board
Aft sofa, flybridge and dining outside.
Days move between the aft sofa, the shaded flybridge and the sunbathing cushions on deck, with meals at the al fresco table. Inside, the saloon has an LCD TV, DVD player and music system, and Wi-Fi is on board.
A crew of seven runs the yacht, the galley and the tenders. Separate crew quarters keep the guest areas private.
03 · The rate explained
A weekly rate, with meals as a package.
LONG ISLAND's 2027 weekly rates from the booking chart are EUR 49,000 in May and October, EUR 61,250 in June and September and EUR 69,300 in July and August, in euros.
The page lists as included: charter and berth taxes, Turkish harbour taxes and port procedures, the transit log, mooring, crew service, diesel, gasoline and ship water, bed linen and towels, the basic on-board equipment and yacht insurance. Meals are booked as a package: half board EUR 300 or full board with a luxury menu EUR 350 per person per week, soft drinks EUR 100 and unlimited beer and wine EUR 150 per person per week. Not included: Greek harbour taxes and customs fees, VAT (ask), airport transfers and the use of the jet ski and other motorised water sports.

04 · Why charter her
A 2019 gulet with a 2022 refit.
LONG ISLAND was built in 2019 and refitted in 2022, and carries full radio, GSM and navigation equipment, radar and autopilot.
Charters run weekly with Saturday departures from Bodrum, Göcek, Fethiye or Marmaris.

LONG ISLAND sails the Turkish blue-cruise coast from Bodrum, Marmaris, Göcek and Fethiye: the Gulf of Gökova, the bays around Marmaris and the Twelve Islands of Göcek and Fethiye are all within a week's cruise.
Greek waters can be added; the yacht's charter team lists Greek harbour taxes and customs fees as extras.
