With a strong mechanical and electrical background, including a full catamaran restoration project, Will brings a highly hands-on and solution-focused approach to yacht management. Job Description Will is responsible for the overall command, safe navigation, and operation of the vessel. This includes passage planning, crew management, maintenance oversight, and financial administration.
