With over a decade of experience Bruno has the necessary tools to offer unique and unforgettable experiences for guests on board NDS Evolution. On a day off, Bruno loves to hit the "water" running. He loves to surf, go deep water diving and free diving. He is always finding new hobbies to do like DIY construction work.

Her love of food sent her to graduate in Culinary Arts from Ashburton Chefs Academy. Amy’s goal is to strive to tailor each menu to her guests’ preferences and to give them that WOW factor each time a plate is set on the table. She is a hard-working, team player.
