With a log of more than 2000 miles every season has over 25.000 miles logged. In every action he does safety is always his priority, be it looking after guests and crew or NOHeea herself. During the past two winter seasons she grew up attending pastry courses and advanced and expert levels cooking training, has deepened vegetarian and vegan recipes and has specialized within the low temperature cooking techniques. Alessandra joined NOHeea in 2014 and brings the heart and soul from the Italian traditional home kitchen, a warm personality and passion for service. - Milazzo, the usual departure port for the Aeolian Islands, is about 2 hours by road from Catania; Palermo's marinas are about 35 minutes from Palermo airport.
- Stock primary provisions at base marinas in Milazzo or Palermo, as island supermarkets on Salina and Lipari have smaller inventories and limited dockside access.
