Alessandra born in 1975 and sailed on owned family sailing yacht all her life! Alessandra has joined seasonally Massimiliano in Yacht and Luxury Charter industry as a Stewardess and cook from 2009 preparing classical Italian and international cuisine: handmade pasta and gnocchi, pastry and jams. During the past two winter seasons she grew up attending pastry courses and advanced and expert levels cooking training, has deepened vegetarian and vegan recipes and has specialized within the low temperature cooking techniques. Alessandra joined NOHeea in 2014 and brings the heart and soul from the Italian traditional home kitchen, a warm personality and passion for service.
