Ramhan Island is a private island just off the coast of Abu Dhabi, on the Arabian Gulf. Protected mangroves surround it, and the water is clear. The wider island takes in beachfront villas, single-family homes, waterfront residences, a marina, hospitality and a little retail.
The homes offered here are one building of 125 waterfront apartments, with one, two, three or four bedrooms. The plans open onto the water. The entrance is set with falling water and shaped planting. Service is in the manner of a hotel, and the marina is reached directly from the building. Beachfront villas stand elsewhere on the island. They are not these apartments.
The apartments are off-plan. Handover is October 2028. A one-bedroom apartment starts at AED 3.1 million, a two-bedroom at AED 4.4 million, a three-bedroom at AED 6 million and a four-bedroom at AED 14 million. The payment plan is 10% down payment, 40% during construction, 50% on handover. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is 15 minutes away, and so is Abu Dhabi International Airport.
