Corporate Yacht Charter — Events, Off-Sites & Hospitality

The most memorable meeting room on earth.

Who this is for

For CMOs, executive assistants, founders, family offices and agencies hosting clients, board members, partners or top talent on the water.

A corporate yacht charter is the highest-impact, lowest-distraction format available for client hospitality, leadership off-sites and product launches. There is nowhere private enough to lock a board into a serious conversation, then unlock them into a relaxed evening, faster than a yacht moored off a quiet bay. The competition (a hotel ballroom, a private members' club, a restaurant buy-out) cannot deliver the same memory or the same intimacy.

We charter yachts for three repeating corporate use-cases: client hospitality during major events (Monaco F1, Cannes Lions, Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, MIPCOM, Yacht Show), leadership off-sites and board retreats (3–5 day formats in Mallorca, Croatia or the Ionian), and brand events / product launches (a single afternoon or evening with 20–80 guests at a dock or at anchor). The yacht type, the crew profile, and the contract structure are different for each.

We work directly with the producers, AV teams, brand owners and EAs. We handle the captain, the dock, the local authority paperwork, the catering vendor list, the manifest, the transfers — and we are usually invisible on the day. Our job is that the day works.

What makes it different

How we run a corporate charter

  • Event-experienced captains

We only place corporate charters with captains who have run them before — they know how to handle a 60-person manifest, AV rigging, branded touchpoints and step-and-repeat timelines.

  • Dock & berthing handled

Monaco port during F1, Vieux Port Cannes during the festival, Port Adriano during the MWC — we hold the berth, handle the harbour office paperwork and the manifest.

  • Catering, branding, AV

Vendor shortlists we've used before. Branded soft-touch (cushion covers, menus, welcome cards, cocktail naming), step-and-repeat backdrops, PA systems and screens, all pre-cost.

  • NDA-class privacy

Crew on standard hospitality NDAs. No social posting, no guest list leaks. Senior crew briefed on the names that need first-name service.

  • Full insurance & compliance

Commercial-coded yachts only for paid-guest events. Local maritime authority sign-off, MCA / RINA flag-state compliance, public-liability cover.

  • Single point of contact

One person from us, one captain on the yacht, one shared document. No vendor merry-go-round mid-event.

From clients

What they said after

  • We hosted our top fifteen clients on the boat during Cannes Lions. It was the only invitation they accepted without negotiation. We're booking the same yacht for two nights next year.

CMO, global media group, Cannes Lions 2025 · France
  • A board off-site that I genuinely didn't want to end. The captain understood when to be invisible and when to be present. The proposal-to-execution handover from Blue Ocean was the smoothest part.

CEO, mid-cap PE firm, Mallorca, May 2025 · Balearic Islands
  • Manifested 62 guests in Monaco port during F1 with zero hiccups. The crew handled an unexpected member of the principality's family arriving without notice. That's the level we needed.

FAQ

Common questions

  • How much does a corporate yacht charter cost?

Single-evening dock events for 40–80 guests on a 35–45m motor yacht in Cannes or Monaco start around €25,000–€60,000 + catering + APA. Multi-day off-sites for 8–12 start around €70,000/week + APA. Major-event week-long charters (F1, Cannes Lions) on 45–60m yachts are €280,000–€650,000+ for the week + APA.

  • Where do you arrange corporate yacht events?

Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Tropez, Palma, Ibiza, Cap Ferrat, Porto Cervo and Hvar are our most common ports. We handle berth permissions and harbour office paperwork.

  • Can we brand the yacht for our event?

Yes — branded gangway, step-and-repeat, deck signage, branded soft-touch (menus, cushion covers, welcome cards), bar branding and cocktail naming. We can also arrange branded film and stills from the night.

  • How many guests can a corporate yacht hold?

Static-event yachts in Cannes / Monaco regularly host 60–120 guests dock-side; for under-way evening cruises commercial coding typically caps you at 25–50 depending on flag state. We will quote the appropriate yacht for your manifest.

  • Do you handle catering and AV?

Yes. On-board chef teams for sit-down formats; outside catering vendors (we have shortlists per port) for larger evening events. AV, screens, PA, photographer, step-and-repeat — all sourced through our event production partner network.

  • How far in advance do we need to book?

Major events (Monaco F1, Cannes Lions, Cannes Film Festival) need to be locked 6–12 months out for premium yachts; quality berths sell out first. Off-sites and dock evenings outside event weeks can be arranged in 4–6 weeks.

  • Is the yacht insured for our guests?

Yes — corporate charters are placed on commercially-coded yachts with public liability cover. Event cancellation insurance is recommended and arranged at proposal.

Send us the event brief — guest count, port, dates, what you want them to remember — and we'll come back with a yacht longlist, transparent costing, and a single named contact who runs it from proposal through to last-guest-off. Most of our corporate clients book the same yacht the following year.
