Who TRI WING suits
TRI WING provides a comfortable setting for a group of ten guests across her five cabins, making her a fitting choice for families or friends who enjoy the freedom of a sailing catamaran. Her layout encourages a relaxed pace of life on the water, supported by practical amenities such as air conditioning for warmer days and an indoor audio system for evening entertainment. Guests looking to remain active can make good use of the paddleboards and seabobs, which are well-suited for exploring the coastline at a leisurely speed.
When positioned in Croatia, she sits close to the typical length for comparable yachts in the area. She accommodates the same number of guests as most alternatives, while her build year is similar to other vessels found in these waters. For those mindful of costs, it is worth noting that her weekly rate is lower than other similar yachts currently listed for this region.
The best time to charter her is during the summer season of 2027 when she cruises the East Mediterranean and Croatia. April, May, and June provide pleasant conditions for sailing, while July, August, and September remain popular for swimming and water sports. Those who prefer a quieter experience may find October or November suitable for visiting these coastal areas, as the temperatures soften and the crowds dissipate across the islands.

Cruising Croatia: when to go and where to anchor
Best time
The charter season runs from May to October. July and August are the warmest and busiest months, with light to moderate Maestral winds blowing from the north-west in the afternoons. May, June, September, and October offer quieter anchorages and cooler temperatures. The Bora, a strong north-easterly wind, and the Jugo, a south-easterly wind, are more frequent outside the peak summer months, requiring careful anchorage selection.
Practical tips
- Fly into Split (SPU) or Dubrovnik (DBV). Split marinas are about 30 minutes away, Trogir is 5 to 10 minutes, and ACI Marina Dubrovnik is 30 minutes from DBV.
- Yachts must register crew and guest lists with the e-Crew system before departure, and local tourist taxes are calculated per person, per day.
- Town quays often use lazy lines rather than anchors. Harbourmasters allocate berths on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early in the afternoon during July and August.
Anchorages to know
- Hvar Town, HvarA busy port with Venetian architecture, offering town quay mooring and a nearby anchorage at the Pakleni Islands for quieter nights.
- Skradin, Krka RiverLocated up the Krka River, this town provides access to the Krka National Park waterfalls and requires navigating a buoyed channel from Šibenik.
- Polače, MljetA large, pine-fringed bay on the northern coast of Mljet Island, providing good holding and direct access to the trails of Mljet National Park.
- Zaklopatica, LastovoA well-protected bay on the northern side of Lastovo island, shielded by a small islet, offering safe mooring and clear water for swimming.
