    Embark in Tortola at Nanny Cay or Wickhams Cay. Provisioning, briefing, then a short hop to Norman Island's Bight for a Painkiller at the Willy T.

    The Baths, Virgin Gorda

    The Baths on Virgin Gorda — house-sized granite boulders forming sea caves and shallow grottos. Get there early, before the cruise ship tenders arrive.

    Anegada

    Jost Van Dyke

    Jost Van Dyke — the BVI's party island, in a friendly Caribbean way. Foxy's at Great Harbour, then over to Soggy Dollar at White Bay for the original Painkiller.

    Tortola

    Final morning hop back across Sir Francis Drake Channel to Tortola. Last swim at Smuggler's Cove on the west end, then disembarkation.
