Guests are sure to have an insightful and stimulating trip with Ben on board, as his love for teaching and storytelling is said to bring destinations to life. Ben’s leadership, paired with his genuine love for the ocean, ensures that time aboard Lady Rosé is both safe and enriching. Job description Ben is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks. A founding member of ÉcoVoile Coopérative de Solidarité, he gained early hands-on multihull experience and has since specialized in catamarans for over two decades. Danny has sailed extensively across the Caribbean, the North American East Coast, and Western Europe, with notable offshore experience including three Atlantic crossings. Job Description Danny supports the captain and crew in all aspects of deck operations, maintenance, and guest service. His tasks include assisting with docking, sail handling, watchkeeping, and general upkeep of the yacht. With a strong mechanical background and safety training, he contributes to engine room checks and emergency preparedness.
