Safwene Guilouchi

Originally from France, Safwene is a highly skilled captain with over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry. During his career Safwene managed to find time to become a French champion in kickboxing in 2019 with a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Safwene's journey in the yachting industry began as an engineer on various motor yachts. He then advanced to the position of 1st officer/engineer onboard CENTURION, before being promoted to captain in 2020. His extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience enable him to effectively manage the demands of yacht management, owners, and crew members, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. Familiar with most systems on board a motor yacht, Safwene aims to continually enhance his skills and strive to be the safest and most competent master. He is fluent in both English and French, and in his spare time, he enjoys a variety of sports including motorcycling, boxing, football, mountain biking, and playing chess.
Joshua Urdang

Joshua is a passionate and adventurous chef, known for his innovative approach to experimenting with food. Classically trained in French fine dining, sophisticated cuisine, and patisserie, Joshua honed his skills across various esteemed establishments. His extensive experiences and disciplined, creative mindset enable him to craft refined dishes from diverse global cuisines. Originally from South Africa, Joshua is fluent in English and Afrikaans, with a basic proficiency in German. Beyond the culinary arts, he has a keen interest in mixology, further showcasing his versatility. Outside of the kitchen, Joshua is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying paddle boarding, kayaking, and hiking. He also appreciates more serene activities, such as reading poetry. Confident in all areas of the interior, she has set up for guest trips, organizing all provisioning and cooking delicious meals for guests and crew. Anjenette carries an extensive list of certifications and skills such as stewardess course certificate, food safety L2, barista training, wine service and mixology, table decorations and themed nights. She is an organized, adaptive young woman, thriving in fast paced environments. Anjenette holds a passion for photography and videography, which is evident through her drone flying skills. Anjenette is a fluent English speaker as she is originally from South Africa.
