Port Hercule is the historic harbour of Monaco — the only deep-water port on a 30km stretch of the French Riviera, host to the Monaco Grand Prix in May and the Monaco Yacht Show in September. With 700 berths, an 8m maximum draft and stern-to berthing for yachts up to 110m on the T-Quay, it is the most prestigious — and most competitive — superyacht berth in the Mediterranean.
Why charter from Port Hercule

- ·Yacht Club de Monaco hospitality and tender service for guest-of-member yachts.

Seasonal & booking guidance
Grand Prix week (late May) and Monaco Yacht Show (late September) book out 12+ months in advance and triple normal rates. June and early July are the realistic charter peak. Mistral can push swell into the outer pontoons — the inner T-Quay and Quai Rainier III stay calm.
Insider booking tips
- ·Quai Rainier III and T-Quay reservations during Grand Prix and Yacht Show must be confirmed 12–18 months out.
- ·Outside event weeks, peak summer berths are released ~6 months ahead via the Société d'Exploitation des Ports de Monaco.
- ·Anchoring outside the breakwater is permitted but exposed to the south-east swell — use Villefranche overnight if Hercule is full.
