A note from your charter specialist
I've been on board LAUREL LEE more times than I can count, and she still surprises me. With space for 10 guests, she works equally well for a multi-generational family week or a tighter group of friends who want every cabin to feel like a suite. Happy to walk you through a week on board personally — there are a few details that don't make it onto any spec sheet.

We are thrilled to welcome Eunice aboard as the lastest addition to our crew. Eunice Engelbrecht is a chef from South Africa, cooking from the lowveld to the coast, and now, beyond. Her favourite part of what we do, is serving people and sharing the process of what she has created with them. Some of Eunice's earliest memories are triggered by kitchen aromas, and the excited hunger you feel when your mom dishes up for you Eunice has a special passion for pastry and baking, but she is very appreciative and interested in how nutrient rich foods have an impact on a healthy, happy life. She is eager to achieve a balance between the two passions and looks forward to sharing those with guests onboard
