His experience spans full vessel command, crew leadership, offshore navigation, and technical management, with strong involvement in maintenance, refits, and shipyard coordination in both private and charter settings. Job Description Pierre is responsible for the safe navigation and overall operation of the vessel, including crew management, maintenance oversight, and guest experience.
