As Lead Chef/Stew for Med Sailing Holidays, she managed provisioning and menu design across Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Thailand, while also mentoring new crew and supporting fleet operations. Beyond the galley, her skills extend to itinerary planning, guest services, and deckhand support—making her a versatile and invaluable part of any team. Working alongside Captain Kieran, Emma thrives in a partnership built on synergy and mutual respect.
