“CLOUDBREAK is one of those rare yachts that feels different the moment you step aboard. The 75.3m Abeking & Rasmussen build hits a sweet spot — big enough to feel like a private floating villa, intimate enough that the crew remembers how you take your morning coffee by day two. Happy to walk you through a week on board personally — there are a few details that don't make it onto any spec sheet.”

Brandon Whitson
South Africa · English
Brandon grew up in a beach town in South Africa, where he naturally developed a passion for the ocean. Growing up, he immersed himself in surfing, fishing, free diving, travel and explored his creativity with photography/videography. At 18, Brandon decided on his career in yachting to fulfil a life on the ocean full of adventure and travel. Having over 13 years of cruising across 100 countries, he curates unforgettable high-end unique experiences for guests. Jeremy Reed
South Africa · English
Jeremy (Jerry) was born and grew up in South Africa and after working as a professional lifeguard and paramedic, served as an army officer for five years, before looking to the yachting industry to fund his dream of becoming a commercial light aircraft (bush) pilot in Africa. Nearly 30 years on, he still only flies in the back of aircraft, but has 20 years of experience as a super yacht captain. His career on yachts was largely sailing yacht based, until switching to motor yachts in 2013 to experience the other side. Jerry has been involved in all aspects of the industry; from remote cruising in far flung destinations (his favourite) to the more popular cruising grounds; to refit and rebuild projects and overseeing the build of two 90+m new yachts. Along the way, he met his wife and chose to settle in Somerset in the U.K., where they live with their three children. He still loves to explore and introduce owners and guests to new and exciting cruising destinations and considers Cloudbreak the perfect yacht on which to do so.
Bradley Janssen
South Africa · English
Bradley was born and grew up in South Africa. After finishing school, he furthered his education by obtaining a journalism degree and joined yachting with the idea of combining the two disciplines. Interest in the superyacht world led Bradley to obtain his Maters certification at the end of 2022. Bradley has been fortunate enough to fulfil his passion for travel and sail in areas ranging from the Caribbean to the Arctic, deep into the heart of Russia and the Middle East. Bradley enjoys venturing into lesser-explored areas with a passion for capturing the adventure. Bradley grew up racing off-road motorbikes, mountain biking and has a keen interest in motorsport. Bradley has lived at the coast his whole life and enjoys a variety of water sports, especially kite surfing and surfing. He also scuba dives, free dives and in his downtime watches rugby, cricket and documentaries.

After graduating from university in 2014, he joined the yachting industry and hasn’t looked back since, always enjoying new adventures under the sun and pushing himself outside of his comfort zone.
Braydan Harrison
United Kingdom · English, French
Braydan grew up predominantly in the UK but also spent some time living in Switzerland, where he learned to speak French. Before starting his yachting career, he worked in high-end hospitality between the mountains and the coast, focusing on skiing and watersports. He began working on yachts at age 19 and has chased opportunities for adventure and sports, traveling all over to film wildlife encounters. Over the past few years, he has had the privilege of shooting alongside wildlife experts and freediving with various marine life, such as tiger, bull, and hammerhead sharks, humpback and sperm whales, Galapagos penguins, dolphins, and pelagic fish.
