A note from your charter specialist
If a client asks me for a yacht that simply gets it right, MAMBO is usually my first call. With space for 8 guests, she works equally well for a multi-generational family week or a tighter group of friends who want every cabin to feel like a suite. Happy to walk you through a week on board personally — there are a few details that don't make it onto any spec sheet.

Chief Stewardess

Liz Aguiar

United States · English

Liz has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has been employed on MAMBO for the past 8 years. As a Florida native, she has always been around boating, fishing, and the beach; which is why yachting came so naturally to her. Liz provides top notch service to her guests and always makes sure everyone is happy and relaxed. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, a medical person in-charge certificate, STCW, and has attained her Sommelier level 1 course. In her free time, she enjoys the company of her family and dog, traveling, discovering new wineries/breweries, and running her mobile bar business. She looks forward to welcoming you onboard MAMBO with one of her infamous “Liz-a-Ritas”; as affectionately coined by the guests.

Chef

Graham Howland

United States · English

Graham studied at the Culinary Institute of America where he learned from the best and was proudly his class valedictorian. Upon achieving his culinary degree, Graham worked at internationally renowned hotels, exclusive restaurants, and even the White House; as the one in charge of Ronald Reagan’s diet. He worked on several high-profile yachts and joined MAMBO in 2015. Chef Graham prides himself on his amazing food, professionalism and extreme cleanliness; and not to mention he’s a pretty cool guy.
