How much does a day charter yacht cost?

Indicative day rates: 15–20m motor yacht €1,500–€5,000/day; 20–30m luxury yacht €5,000–€15,000/day; 30–40m+ superyacht €15,000–€50,000+/day. VAT, fuel and crew gratuity are billed separately.

Why is there a weekly minimum in high season?

Fixed costs (crew, insurance, dockage, mobilisation) are the same for one day as for a week. Owners therefore protect peak July/August windows with a 1-week minimum; shoulder season typically drops to 3–4 days.

Sinak hails from the Mediterranean city of Mersin. He was born in 1977 and has been working as crew since 2000. He is a university graduate with a sparkling sense of humour and speaks fluent English.
