In his free time, Neil is usually found wing foiling, spearfishing, scuba diving, or scaling seaside rocks to collect mussels and oysters for his famous seafood pots. When he’s not in the water, he’s overlanding to remote spots in search of views, quiet, and adventure with his wife. On trip, Neil is all about fun - whether it’s taking guests on thrill-filled excursions or showing them the best of the water toys. Fun Fact: Affectionately nicknamed “Neil the Eel,” he earned the title after countless successful missions retrieving guests’ sunglasses following their unexpected dips into the water. Having worked across a range of yachts throughout her career, Giovanna discovered a special appreciation for intimate charter experiences, where creativity, connection, and personalized service come together around the table. She believes food is a language of love and that every meal should tell a story of place, season, and shared moments. When she’s not in the galley, Giovanna enjoys embracing the quieter side of life ashore while continuing to explore new flavors, gather inspiration, and bring fresh ideas back to every charter experience aboard SKYFALL.

Nico discovered yachting about a year and a half ago, and since then he’s been hooked. The lifestyle, travel, and constant learning keep him energized. He’s focused on building experience, staying hands-on, and making the most of every opportunity the ocean throws his way - sometimes quite literally. Music has always been part of his life, too. Together with his brother, he writes and produces as The Shady Brothers - a project that’s both creative and personal. Fun Fact: Nico is a licensed pilot. When he’s not on deck, he’s out flying planes - because sometimes the best view of the ocean is from above. Previous Yachts: SANTOSHA (57m), SHAKE N BAKE (50m)

Whether he’s driving tenders, operating jet skis, or backing up the crew, Justin brings a calm, capable, and always-ready attitude to everything he does. Off duty, you’ll find him fishing, hunting, or perfecting his swing on the golf course - basically anywhere he can be outside, active, and having fun. It’s no surprise he ended up in yachting; for Jethro, helping guests fall in love with the ocean isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. When he’s off duty, you’ll find him reading a good book, watching a movie, or heading into the wild for a camping trip. Known for his easygoing warmth and can-do attitude, he thrives in the beautiful chaos of crew life, always ready with a smile, a helping hand, or a story about a rogue wave.
