I am passionate about creating fresh and innovative food, taking time to present exquisite, eye-catching dishes. I am experienced and confident in producing many styles of food, and proficient at catering for individual preferences and specific dietary requirements. My culinary training, which followed two season yacht experience, allowed me to refine my skills to a very high standard,learning detailed cooking techniques, menu planning, as well as key business skills, kitchen safety, budgeting and the importance of sourcing carefully.
