A note from your charter specialist
If a client asks me for a yacht that simply gets it right, PERFECT MOON is usually my first call. With space for 10 guests, she works equally well for a multi-generational family week or a tighter group of friends who want every cabin to feel like a suite. Happy to walk you through a week on board personally — there are a few details that don't make it onto any spec sheet.

I grew up in a small town in the west coast of South Africa named Langebaan. It's a beautiful rural town with a breathtaking coastline with many water activities right on your doorstep. Since I remember I’ve always been out at sea with my father and his friends, catching fish, diving, surfing and sailing the west coast and around Cape Town. From a young age I have been taught about the ocean and the beauty of it, in some ways it has become an addiction of mine to spend everyday out at sea. As I got older I got a scholarship to play rugby for a school in South Africa and had to move away from the ocean. My plan was to pursue a career in Rugby but unfortunately for me Covid-19 came along and I had to work to earn an income. I was unsure on what to do but I decided to do the one thing I always love doing and that’s spending my time at sea. This is where my career in the yachting industry started. I have been in the industry since 2021 and had the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in different aspects of the industry. I enjoy entertaining people, showing them around on the water and teaching them the beauty of the ocean.

Mackenzie

United Kingdom · English

Mackenzie Butler hails from Birmingham, England—the furthest point from the ocean in the UK—but that hasn't stopped him from pursuing a lifelong passion for the water, both above and below the surface. At just 18 years old, Mackenzie became the youngest scuba diving instructor in the UK. Not long after, he left home to turn teaching and guiding into his full-time career. From the Caribbean to Asia, from abandoned mines to deep wrecks, Mackenzie has explored it all – and his love for diving is matched only by his enthusiasm for sharing the wonders of the underwater world with others. Sailing is another of Mackenzie’s great passions, and he considers it a true privilege to do it in such a stunning setting. A keen sportsman, Mackenzie enjoys connecting with guests over their favorite teams and sports. He’s also an avid traveler who loves immersing himself in new cultures, and he’s always eager to swap stories about the amazing places he and his guests have experienced. Mackenzie has called the BVI home for over two years now and has completely fallen in love with the islands – from the food and culture to the rich history and quirky local stories. He looks forward to welcoming you aboard and showing you all the best spots very soon!

Having grown up in the waterfront city of Portsmouth in the UK I was always surrounded by water. From a young age I have been absolutely captivated by it, finding any excuse to be on the water. My Father owned a small sail boat and from the age of 4 I was out most weekends with him sailing around the City and across the water to the nearby Island, Isle of Wight. I also participated in Kyaking, paddle boarding and more as I grew older. With my mother being a chef I was constantly on call for any help I could give her in the kitchen which is where my love for cooking comes from. When I go home I often cook for family and friends to show them the new tastes and cuisine I have discovered on my travels. Before I joined the Yachting industry I was working as a Travel Agent for mostly high end clients, creating their dream luxurious trips with activities and excursions pre planned for them. I thoroughly enjoyed this job as I was helping these families and couples create life long experience of seeing the world.
